About Zygo and Alison Waugh

Alison has a wide range of skills and knowledge based on experience in leadership and operational business roles as well as Consulting, Project Management, Change Management and Governance.

Consulting, Project Management, Change Management and GovernanceShe has a passion for creating and enhancing organisational environments to enable the development of high performance groups and staff well being. As an experienced facilitator, coach and change manager, she has the ability to guide and translate strategic intent into operational effectiveness that has a sustainable impact.

Every customer, team, objective or project has its individual challenges; therefore Alison carefully selects the methodology to suit each client’s specific needs based on her wealth of life and business experience, including various specialist techniques and disciplines, common sense and creativity.

Alison has trained and qualified as a Company Director and is a member of the Institute of Directors.

    Alison has many years of experience in both Project and Programme Management ranging form small to complex multi million dollar projects across a wide range of industries and organisations. She can effectively manage multiple work streams to deliver programme objectives. Her strength is in developing, motivating and guiding specialist individuals to from very efficient teams.
  • Call Centre Management:
    As an operational Manager and Consultant, Alison offers practical solutions to develop contact centre performance.
